This class will cover material in TriYoga® Basics and Level 1.

BASICS is the first level in TriYoga and is suitable for students at any level and is especially helpful to attend when new to yoga or first beginning a TriYoga practice as it provides a foundation for the subsequent 'Levels.' Students in higher Levels of TriYoga continue to return to Basics to deepen their practice.  

LEVEL 1 Earth Flow introduces standing postures and builds on what was learnt in Basics.

Experience the principles of this style of yoga for yourself - such as relaxation in action, economy of motion, and a smooth continuous breath.  Along the way you'll experience being on the floor to standing to using the wall. Your mind may grow calm, you may relax, draw a calm breath, and your body just might thank you!

As in all classes, students are encouraged to follow their breath, go at their own pace, use props or a modification, and to rest when needed.
