BASICS is the first level in TriYoga and is suitable for students at any level and especially helpful to attend when new to yoga or first beginning a TriYoga practice.
Experience the principles of this style of yoga - including relaxation in action, economy of movement, and a smooth continuous breath. Along the way you'll experience being on the floor to standing to using the wall. Your body just might thank you!
