TriYoga Fundamentals

Includes BASICS (foundational level of TriYoga) and Level 1.  Classes include yoga postures, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation.

Experience the principles of this style of yoga - including relaxation in action, economy of movement, and a smooth continuous breath.  Along the way you'll experience being on the floor to standing to using the wall. Your body just might thank you!

Main Instructor: Michelle 

Wear clothing that you can comfortably move in. We have mats and other props (blocks, bolsters...) or you can bring your own.
