  • Monday 11:00-Noon - Community Balance/Tai Chi Easy™ (Drop-in $8)
  • Monday 6:15-7:30 pm - Deep Relaxation: iRest™ Yoga Nidra includes breathing and short yoga sequence (Jan 13 & 27)
  • Tuesday 10:30-10:55 am - Community Feet (Free)
  • Tuesday 11:00-Noon - TriYoga® Fundamentals - TriYoga flow, pranayama, meditation
  • Wednesday 9:30-10:45 am - Basics   
  • Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm - Community Yoga (Drop-in $8)
  • Thursday 9:30-10:45 am - Level 1 
  • Friday 3:30-4:45 pm  - Free the Hips
  • Saturday 9:30-11 am - Free the Hips and/or Spine
